Mettendo in pratica questi semplici suggerimenti, darai il tuo importante contributo alla salvaguardia dell'ambiente.   

If you follow these simple rules you will give a great contribution to the preservation of the marine environment

	In immersione mantieni un assetto neutro, evita il contatto con il fondo e con gli organismi marini: senza i guanti starai più attento a dove metti le mani Control your buoyancy at all times. If you are neutrally buoyant you will avoid damages to the sea floor and its inhabitants. If you don’t wear gloves you will less inclined to touch and feel about the sea floor, causing possible damages
	In prossimità del fondo blocca ogni movimento di mani e pinne e, se devi posarti, controlla che le tue ginocchia e le pinne non creino danni When you approach the bottom don’t flap your hands and fins around. If you have to rest on the bottom, make sure you knees and fins don’t cause any damage
	Evita di passare sotto le volte o nelle grotte, potresti urtare e danneggiare gli organismi, inoltre le bolle d'aria intrappolate sul soffitto causano gravi danni all'ambiente Avoid tunnels and caverns, by touching their ceiling you could damage the life living on them, besides you bubbles could not escape and turn the top of a cave into a submerged desert.
	Non attaccarti a tartarughe, grandi pesci, o cetacei, ma nuota con loro, non inseguire gli animali se ti accorgi di recare disturbo Don’t hold on to sea turtles, large fish and sea mammals, just swim with them but don’t chase the animals, they might not enjoy it as much as you
	Evita di toccare organismi che non conosci o che potrebbero essere delicati; non accarezzare i pesci ed altri organismi, potresti asportare il muco protettivo che li ricopre e causare lesioni Try not to touch animals you don’t know. You might get hurt or remove their protective mucus making them more vulnerable.
	Non raccogliere dal fondo organismi vivi o morti, reperti di valore storico o archeologico e oggetti coperti da alghe ed animali Do not remove anything from the bottom, shells (neither dead nor alive), algae covered objects or archaeological finds.
	Non acquistare souvenir prodotti con materiali provenienti dal mare, scoraggerai così la loro raccolta Do not buy souvenirs made with shells or other materials coming from the sea. Like this you will discourage their collection or fishing
	Non buttare niente in acqua (rifiuti, filtri di sigaretta, batterie, bottiglie, carta, cibo, ecc): getta i rifiuti negli appositi contenitori  Do not litter the sea. Use the rubbish bins.
	Continua la tua formazione ed approfondisci la conoscenza degli ambienti marini, scoprirai che ogni luogo merita un'immersione e che in ogni fondale c'è una straordinaria varietà di organismi da scoprire Carry on your training and extend your knowledge of the marine environment, you will discover that every location deserves a dive and that every environment has amazing discoveries to unveil.
